HDFC Bank — Regarding Fastag | |
Hi - I had ordered an HDFC fast tag which was sent to my old address (where I don't stay anymore). I called HDFC Fastag multiple times to inform them that I have not got the Fasttag yet. Most of the times the phone gets disconnected. Finally when I got through the customer service dept, they asked me to send an email to [protected]@hdfc.com with the proof of my new address which I did. No one has acknowledged that email. It has been more than a month however no one is responding to my emails as I have sent multiple follow up emails and calls. I am still awaiting a resolution from HDFC Fasttag team.
