Dear credit card customer department
We have ref. The today received my hdfc credit card bill statement, in which there is no option given for pay min. Amount to be mentioned why??
We are using this credit more than 3 year continuously, even still today first shown this incident, there is no option given for min. Amount paying why??
Can u explain that why not given to option for paying min. Amount in my credit card bill generation??
We are also compare to bill previous march 20 ref. We have huge excessive finances charge has been put down why?? Today we are totally surprised getting from hdfc bank, we are are write to formal mail, we are unable to contact your customer care due to pandemic situation, there is no any kind of support from hdfc bank., please kindly requesting please correct my credit card statement, and send other wise are unable to pay this amount due to u know well pandemic situation over to corona, please support us, we re waiting your response
