[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding home loan cancellation and refund my amount[protected] | |||
Dear Team, It is inform you that I have applied for home loan on 3rd June for which I have provided all the required documents and cheque of amount 3540/-. According to your concern person home loan would be sanction by HDFC within week after submission of docs. But your team didn't communicate the major pendency after two weeks as well. So it was assuming by customer that nothing is pending from customer side so once we have called on 17th June then again one major pendency has been raised by your team. Why everything is not communicated to customer in first go? It is totally disappointing how this reputed bank can do these silly mistakes as team didn't communicate properly. Now i don't want to take loan from HDFC as already it’s too late and waste our time unnecessary. Please cancel the further action regarding my loan. Also its request you to that kindly help to return my all documents with refundable amount of cheque 3540/-. Please take this on priority and now help to your customer for refunding the amount 3540/-with submitted documents to your concern person and avoid to delaying the things.
