The incident of theft of my iphone took place on[protected] at 10:34 at your HDFC ATM No. P1DCHY 81 when i went to withdraw my amount and kept my iphone on the ATM machine while withdrawing the amount . I repoted the incident the very next morning i.e[protected] at 11:00a.m. to the nearest HDFC bank charminar branch hyd and asked for furnished CCTV footage of the person who had stolen my iphone but your bank officials demanded me to provide a police complaint and even after the lodgement of police complaint on that very same day the said bank officials didnt give the particulars of the person stolen my iphone . Even after several request and oral reperesentations they have not helped me at all .
Its been almost 30 days causing me a huge loss and mental agony. And still your bank officials have not furnished the CCTV footage to me and here i m still waiting and approaching your said bank officials continuously . My costly iphone was stolen which has important data .
Again i request you humbly to look into it immediately with strict action and save me from this loss.
