HDFC Bank — Regarding multiple time ach amount deduction

Dear Team,
I'm writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter. Without any prior notice, automatic deductions have been made from my account against ACH payments. This has been happening continuously.
Despite reaching out to my HDFC Bank and relationship manager, I haven't received any assistance from their team.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue.
