Dear Sir/Madam, Ref: Auto Loan 32029658 Myself, Harshakumar K have the car loan payment from more 1 & half year. I am paying the Auto loan payment from time to time without fail by every month 5th from almost 1 & half year. In this month I have not sufficient balance in my HDFC bank account on 4th of January 2017. Due to some personal problems, have deposited the cash on 5th Morning around 11:00 AM. But that day, the EMI was not deducted from my account. Afterwards I received a call from HDFC bank with respect to payment. Caller had instructed me to pay the amount in Local Branch. After that I have paid the amount on 18th January 2017 at Bagalkot Branch. After this, on 21st of January my account has debited of Rs. 230/- regarding my car EMI Loan repayment.
