[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding payment | |||
Respected sir/madam, This is bring to your kind notice that i have made the credit card payment for the month of feb.2017 through phone banking neft. By mistake i have made the payment to my previous blocked card after that i received a call from hdfc finance dept. That your payment is not credited & told me to contact hdfc credit card customer care, than i called the customer care (Three times) they gave me the reference no. & told me your problem will be resolved within two days but unfortunately till now i did not received any satisfactory message from hdfc customer desk (Not resolve). As per conversation i am attaching the document please find attachment. I am requesting to you that please resolve my problem as soon as possible so that i can made the payment & can use my card otherwise stop my credit card service.
