[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding permanently closed my credit card account at hdfc

Sir, my name is Reena i belongs to Mohali. I have not used my credit card from last May 2018...and in month of April 2019 with no outstanding balance I blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card to pay Rs 2900. As per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter at hdfc back to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened. please help me to permanently close the credit card and provide me resolution so that I don't have to pay Rs 2900, which added in my bill.
