[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding ppf account opened online

I have opened PPF account in HDFC bank online . I have saving account in HDFC bank in ahmedabad i applied for PPF for same branch but NetBanking show PPF branch as ANNA NAGAR I CHENNAI . How it possible my KYC AMalso from gujarat based then why branch is not ahmedabad .
Please change branch to ahmedabad hdfc ohter wise i will file complaint to cousumer form against hdfc for cheating and misleading to people

Kindly note that PPF Accounts are maintained centrally and therefore the account branch for your PPF account is reflecting as Annanagar, Chennai. However, please be assured that you can manage your PPF account from any of our branches in India.
