[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding refund of online transaction | |||
Made an online transaction on friday evening which was debitted from my account, but resulted in a failed transaction. The amount was a large sum and is needed to urgently book flight tickets. I have been trying to contact customer care all day to no avail. The merchant has reported a declined transaction and have sent a mail regarding the same. The bank is absolutely unresponsive, if this issue is not resolved, i shall be forthwith sueing the bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
