[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding the return and refund of my money | |||
Hello sir, this is dr. Mathen from erode. I made a wrong upi transaction from my account on last friday. I lodged a complaint regarding this to hdfc bank, and sent an email explaining the incident. But now im here to take the complaint to your notice as i didn't receive any mail from the bank regarding the complaint which i sent. Only auto generated mail was sent. Its been more than three days. Its very disappointing. I didn't expect this from your side. At least now i expect an solution for me as i have forwarded this mail to you. I hope u will take immediate action regarding this. I received a mail on 3rd of this month that my new atm/debit card will be dispatched within a week even after 15 days the card is not delivered. i have contacted the myl Akashwani, Aurangabad, Maharaasshtra Branch but no response- p.r.gokhale a/c.no.[protected]
