[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding wrong information and promises

Hi,
This viswanath prashad gupta, using a credit card no - xxxxxx3620. I have an offer for jumbo loan as mentioned in attached screenshot.

Message clearly shows that emi is rs. 9730 for 48 months. After processing it now customer care is saying it is processed for 60 months. Amount is 9729.17. I think, all you are miss guiding and leading to customer.

I humble request to all of you do not miss lead anyone and please resolve my problem. Who is responsible for this. Customers are not always wrong, when they don't get the things as per promises.

Updated by Viswanath Gupta today i got a call from bank and they said it was fault from our side. i just asked whether i am responsible or bank team. if i know earlier it is processed for 60 months then i will not interested at that time.

if this is problem from bank backhand team then why should i have to suffer??
