HDFC Bank — RE:'HBL=[protected]' Complaint against customer care executive

Dear Sir/Madam, I am the credit card holder of hdfc titanium times card. I paid the some amount of minimum due and told the customer care executive that i will pay with interest as per next month statement as it is not possible to pay this month. Though he keeps harassing me and also calling on my fathers number and giving severe trouble to him who is a patient and dependant. I wrote a mail to credit card services, yet the person is keep calling and saying informal words. Is there anything you could help with this or this harassment's will continue. Please do help.
