HDFC Bank — Reissue my emi card

I have taken a consumer loan of a led tv in delhi.that time you offer to me a emi card that card limit was 36 thousand I have applied for emi card and i had payed 250 rs for emi card . Emi card was send to my address at the time that time i was out of station for two days. So emi card was returned to your office .Sorry for inconvenient, so i want to emi card. Again & resend to my registered address . I will receive the emi card i need a emi card on urgent bassis please reissue the emi card on priorty and you can check all details from mention number
