HDFC Bank — Relationship manager

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the lack of responsiveness and poor service from my current Relationship Manager.
Over a month ago, I requested assistance in unblocking my UPI, and I was informed by my Relationship Manager that a request would be raised. However, since then, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any updates or returned calls. Every time I try to reach out, I am told they are busy, and no further action seems to be taken.
This delay has caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the level of service I expect as a valued HDFC customer. I respectfully request that:
- My UPI issue be resolved on priority, and
- I be assigned a new Relationship Manager who can provide timely and professional support.
Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the actions being taken.
