[Resolved] HDFC Bank — request given to cancel hdfc credit card | |||
I had given a request (On august 28th 2017) to either upgrade my credit card limit to 2l or if its not possible to upgrade, to cancel the card. I received an sms saying "the written request could not be processed, details being sent". But i never received any details. I sent another written request along with my payslip. But till today, neither my card is upgraded nor is the card cancelled. Please cancel my credit card.
