HDFC Bank — request to issue noc or settlement letter

Dear sir/madam,
i was using hdfc credit card number [protected] and have done settlement with hdfc crad department on 30.07.2016, but still my name is reflecting in cibil report, even it was confirmed to me that my name would not reflect in cibil reports by your customer care executive, even settlement letter have not given to me till now.

I am continuously following this with hdfc customer care number but result is zero.
