Hi my name is hemanth kumar k and i owning an account in hdfc bank with id no[protected], also i got the times point debit card. Meanwhile at the time of offering the debit card they told me that '"you'll get reward points"". But literally i didn't get any reward points even i'm using it for the past 9 months. I need to know about one thing clearly why i'm not rewarded and also why banks are cheating like this.in fact, it is not fair in any aspects.
