Hi i have already rajistered a complain on 14th of december. I didnt get any respond till now. I am discouraged by today incident.
Today when i went hdfc home branch which is in (A12, the shopping mall dlf kutub enclave phase 1. Gurgoun. Haryana 122002). I ent there because the customer care representative told me to visit directly your branch for waving off the negative balance. Its been more than 20 days that i m not getting the solution from hdfc side. Finally when i visited the branch directly i went in the morning somebody from bank told me to meet "ashish" the branch manager. The moment i told him about the problem i am facing to wave off my negative balance he bluntly denied without even checking and asked me to leave that they cannot help me onto that. I am really disappointed by the beviour of hdfc bank dlf phase 1 branch. They even dont know how to behave with a customer.
Its a request to you please help me out and sort out this situation.

I made 5000 rs transfer to sbh account from payzapp app on December 15, 2017 and money transfer success in payzapp app but Money not received in sbh account so please refund my money urgently
