HDFC Bank — rude behaviour of executive

Dear bank,

This is to inform you i have an loan a/c in hdfc bank, due to some personal problems i was unable to pay april month ka installment, i got a call from executive on 14th regarding payment and she was forcing me to pay on17th, since i had problem as i told already i was unable to pay it i got a call on 16th from same executive, i told her will pay this on 1st of next month as only two installments are pending for settlement. But ur executive sterted to speak rudely she was forcing me, started asking questions and it was a very bad experience, she was arguing and threatening me to pay on 17th, even i lost my patience and asked her to keep quiet. Even after my instruction they have represented it on 17th by which again ecs is bounced, never thought such a good bank is recruiting such unqualified manner less employees, really felt bad with the customer care service, please take this on priority so that customers dont feel bad about bank services by such employees.
