I am an existing customer bearing policy number-PP000208.
On 8th March 2021 at 3.17pm to 3.19 I made two calls for my query.. The first call attended by an executive who was so unprofessional at her approach to attend customer query. She event lost her decency to extend her assistance further and willing to disconnect in a hurry... In my second time call my query got answered by another executive with proper intention of serving customer with their query.
Such untrained and ill mannered executive actually spoils the Brand value of the Organisataion. Was this information helpful? |
