I had to open salary account by the letter provided by my employer on april 2018 for account opening, so I visited hdfc bank branch in ranchi 2nd and showed the letter provided by my employer. The branch manager opened 2 accounts(for his personal benefits)instead of salary account. My money always gets deducted around 700 each month, though I had never used that unwanted account. Currently it reached total amount of -10000(in negative)as of july 2021. In 2019 march I visited the branch to close this but they didn't close it and said it could be closed after full 1 year. I don't stay in ranchi now. Why should I pay 10000 rs for the account which I had never used and was opened without my consent. I need to close this account without paying any penny. Moreover more than approx 3000 of rupees also got deducted when I sent money in this account. Now when I visit any branch of hdfc to close this account they say u have to first pay this amount of 10000 rs. Why should I pay for it.. hdfc bank and its managers are opening unnecessary account linked with same customer I'd to complete their personal targets and benefits, without thinking of customers financial status. Due to this unwanted account my credit score and other things are badly effected, neither customer care nor branches are helping me out. I just need to close that account which was opened without my consent.
Thanks and Regards
