HDFC Bank Securities — Delay in opening the demat account

I have Demat account in HDFC SEC and it is joint account of my self and wife.
Since my wife is no more, I need to change the account to my indiviual name.
I approached HDFC Demat section, Besant Nagar, Chennai to help on this subject.

They advised me open a new Demat account and transfer on the scribes from the existing account.
Accordingly I have made to fill the new Demat form in the month of March 2017.
Till date there is no response for the application.
People concerned on this subject also do not lift the phone calls.

Approaching the call center is another futile exercise.

Hey, just seen your comment and thought this would help.
I recently had some concerns on share transfer and i immediately got resolution writing to HDFC Demat unit at grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.

My concerns have been resolved and im trading happily.
