HDFC Bank Securities — forceful debit of amount for demat account

Dear sir/mam,
I hold hdfc salary account for more than 6 years. My account no is [protected] with name sandeep kanoje. This month amount 800+/- got deducted from my account in name of depository deductions. Two years back i asked demat account representative to block my demat account as i don't want to continue it then also they didn't block it and now amount got deducted which is beyond my knowledge. Requesting you to kindly credit my deducted amount and close demat account at earliest.
