HDFC Bank Securities — Money Deduct without any information

I having a salary account at HDFC bank, But they deduct Rs 842 from my savings account and give explanation that, your de mat and trading account open and its annual charges deducted.i told them i am not aware of that trading accounts.also told them that please close those accounts ...so they revert my amount...???
