[Resolved] HDFC Bank — service charges | |||
The bank staff issued me wrong debit card and when the transaction was declined i was charged declined charges. I sent several emails but still their is no proper response from the bank. The charges should be waived as the banks staff issued me wrong debit card and instead of apologizing for their mistake i am being penalized. Here is my account no... Verified Support Sep 06, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Mansoor, We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds in your account, the charges of Rs. 25.00 plus taxes (per transaction) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted on April 26, 2017 for which these charges of Rs. 28.75were levied to you on May 06, 2017. For the past 5 days am trying hard to connect customer care but I couldn't find any response related to my issue... I want any one of the executive from your side to help me converting to EMI... I tried in net banking also the smartemi...but it's showing that am not eligible for it
