[Resolved] HDFC Bank — service charges on free of cost/service charges credit card

I worked in an it company, there hdfc bank employees came and offered us the service charges free credit card at 0 service charges. I applied for that and got a hdfc credit card but last year 590rs was deducted from my credit card as of service charges, then i talked with customer support that my credit card is 0rs service charge then they refund back. But now again they charged me 590rs. As service charge on service charge free credit card. This is rediculous behavior of hdfc bank. I would suggest everyone to nit use hdfc cards. Please look into my complaint, i also registered complaint for the same in hdfc bank.

We observe that your Money Back Credit Card has been issued as a priced card and in view of the same, renewal fee of Rs.500.00 was debited to your card account as the required spend threshold of Rs.50, 000.00 was not met in the last 12 months. Updated by Piyush_Malhotra This was not notified by the hdfc team that you should met with a threahold of 50, 000. It is a cheating with the customers.
Need to de-register my card.
