We sincerely regret the inconvenience.
We would like to inform you that, the referred transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end.
In case the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant.
It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to happen at the merchant’s end.
In case the refund / payment processing is not successful within 3 working days, we request you to share merchant confirmation, stating :
1. Non receipt of funds at their end
2. Amount received by them has been refunded to you. Please request merchant to share details of the beneficiary account to which the refund was processed and mode of the refund for us to take it up further.
