[Resolved] HDFC Bank — settlement paid but didn't get letter. | |||
I have paid the settlement amount. But they have not even given any letter for an acknowledgement. However, the hdfc girls are torturing me daily to pay the amount which i have already paid on jan 31 2019. Please let me know how can i get the letter from the bank. I have sent several emails but no response. I have contacted customer care many times, but no use at all. Ridiculous bank i have ever seen. The government should ban this bank. I can write a letter to pm in order to request ban this bank and punish them. The people are suffering like anything because of their torture. Thank you Kavya t g Was this information helpful? | |||
