HDFC Bank — Showing dues even after settlement/ payment

Dear SIr, As per bank confirmation i ave paid the total outstanding amount and as per customer care instruction i have blocked that card and send application to HO for close the application, but today i got another mail that u have outstanding of Rs3900/-, when i called the customer care they are saying yes that is your outstanding u have to pay. Please help in this regards.
