My name is navjot singh bedi and my application number is 19a[protected]n1. I applied for hdfc credit card on 31jan 2019 and after one one when i checked the status online it’s was declined and today on 22/03/19 iam getting a mail from hdfc that.. We are unable to process the application further as the signature on the application form differs from the signature on the supporting documents provided by you.

You can download the declaration form from our website www.hdfcbank.com forms center-credit cards - "declaration - signature mismatch". Can you please tell me what’s is happening?
