[Resolved] HDFC Bank — signature mismatch | |||
I am using hdfc credit card for last 3 years the card expired and my address also changed. I have sent the address change form they said signature mismatch and asked to send signature mismatch form then they said kyc documents not send then the requisite forms i have send again still they say signature mismatch. It's been happening for last 4 months i have points in my card they are expiring, i think hdfc purposefully delaying in issuing my card so that points will expire. I accept there is a slight change in my signature, am same person but they are not accepting me as same person. Was this information helpful? | |||
