It’s brought to notice that, The HDFCSLI has calimed that the agent was a relative of the complainant and the charges are settled from him. More over the customer has closed the policy after leaving it to lapse.
The complainant has responded that the same was wrong and THE AGENT IS NO WAY EITHER KNOWN / RELATED TO THE COMPLAINANT.
The complainant has responded that the POLICY WAS IN FULL FORCE WHEN THE OBSERVATION WAS RAISED AND THE COMPANY IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEDUCTION OF CHARGES. WHEN THE OBJECTIONS WERE RAISED THROUGH LETTERS THE COMPANY HAS NOT RESPONDED TO PROPERLY AND HENCE THE CUSTOMER TO SAFEGUARD HIS MONEY STOPPED THE PREMIUM AND AFTER WINDED THE POLICY BEFORE APPROACHING THE OMBUDSMAN BHOPAL Was this information helpful? |
