Flight booking transaction was done on 19th October 2015 at 8PM with order id "[protected]" and it was cancelled by them for price fluctuation on 19th october 2015 at 9PM, and after putting various mails to support team i am not getting a proper reply nor the refund is been processed for the cancellation even after 2 months now.
