HDFC Bank Smart Buy — Order not delivered

Hi, I ordered(No. 1813597) a DVD player from HDFC Bank's Smart Buy portal on 1st of April 2014. Till now its not yet delivered. When I spoke to their customer executive on today, they are saying that the order is canceled because of out of stock and amount will be refunded with in 10 days. They haven't canceled my order until this date if there is an out of stock of product. They are playing a drama and asking me to wait for another 10 days to get the money back. I am complaining about this delay of service. Even I have paid full money on 1st of April. Please help to get a solution on this. Thanks Vipindas
