[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — smart emi

I am not able to convert my payment to smart emi. When i tried it said "we regret to inform that your credit card is currently not eligible for insta loan."

Please do the needful, i tried contacting customer care twice. After waiting for 5-10 mins on the call, call got disconnected both times and no one called back.
This is very disappointing.

Dear Customer,

We wish to clarify that we offers like Smart EMI conversion, Insta loan, Balance Transfer, etc., will be available on the card account from time to time basis the usage and payment pattern on the card account and the same is not a standard product offering. Currently, there is no offer for Loan on your card account. Hence we regret to inform you that we are unable to accede to your request.

Thanks for the information. But I request you to explain all these when you offer the card itself. This was not mentioned when credit card executives came to me offering the card. Reaching customer care is a worst experience. After waiting almost 10 minutes on call, twice call got disconnected. and there was no response from your end. Anyway you have been very helpful. thank you so much.
