[Resolved] HDFC Bank Smartbuy — no refund on failed transaction | |||
I have made a flight booking on 9th feb 2019. The transaction was failed and the amount was deducted. I received an email "your flight booking has failed.in case of your amount being debited, refund shall be initiated from smartbuy to your source card within 5 working days." After 5 days, i started reaching out to them from 18th feb 2019. First, they emailed "we have received your refund request and currently working on request submitted, Please allow us 5 to 7 working days for us to assist you on the same." Then they emailed "we have checked the reconciliation details and found that reversal of the transaction amount has been successfully initiated from our end" After repeated follow-ups for more than 4 weeks, i haven't received the refund yet.
