[Resolved] HDFC Bank — smartpay activated without my permission

Hdfc credit card section do many things oppose to us. Previously i struggled to cancel hdfc - ergo policy.
But now a new way to debit our amount is smartpay...
Who activated this?. What a foolish way to make me a fool.?
Please shut down all these unusual activities of stealing the amount from all your valuable customers.
Also i want the amount of ₹100 to refund which was debited from your side of smartpay..???

Updated by raghuatr But till now there is no response from HDFC credit bank section.
I am clearly saying them to don't disturb us like these unwanted activities.
Please deactivate the SmartPay system of debiting amount without my knowledge and permission.
Let we live patient, help us

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We note that you have sought clarification with regard to your credit card account. In this regard, we request you to provide the Last four digit of your credit card, registered mobile number, and e-mail id, to enable us to do the needful. You may write to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com with ref ID- TTU[protected] in the subject line. and we shall assist you.
