[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Smartpay facility | |||
I am a HDFC credit card holder. Without giving any notification HDFC added my billers to Smart pay and started paying bills by their own without taking any permission from me, which I wanted to pay after someday after doing some analysis of wrong amount charged. I believe this is a ridiculous facility of HDFC as its sucking blood of customer to do all reversal process after a wrong bill is paid by HDFC with even informing.
