I would like to bring to you kind attention about my policy (Lead reference no. 1-[protected]) which was initiated on dated 05/06/2017. I was misguided by your company agent (Amount of maturity value).

Hence, i am requesting you to stop further process this policy and refund my money as premium has been diducted from my credit card.
