I have tried a lot to cancel my card through various ways; first I send mail from official id was am receiving you bill regularly. Then also I come to know from your customer care that I have to give official letter in branch, I send my person with letter and got receive from you bank itself. Then I come to know it was rejected because my signature is mismatching so you have cancelled the request. Then also I send the same letter duly signed along with Pan Card. Now they were telling to attend personally. Any consumer should not be getting harassed like this any more so that am put up this complaint with consumer protection, against mental and physical harassment getting from HDFC Bank.
