I have paid 500/- from my bank of india savings account for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th of november-2019. I have not received any email / acknowledgement / call. Either return money or send us the fastag sticker.
Reference witch i received from bank after debit mony from my account is "boi - rs 500 has been debited to your ac xx4035 from pos-hdfc bank ltd fastag on 28-11-19."
This is worst ever way to get hdfc fastag. The email id for complaints given by bank is not a valid one and the customer care number is a useless one. No one responds to it.
Request someone from government to intervene and make a smooth way for getting fastag. It doesnot make sense charging double the toll fees after dec first instead address these kind of issues first for customers Was this information helpful? |
