HDFC Bank — telecaller harsh and abusive treatment | |||
I had taken 2 wheeler loan from HDFC bank. Recently due to personal reason i had to close my existing bank account through which EMI was suppose to be deducted monthly. I went to HDFC Bank loan department office in my city Aurangabad on 29th of January and told them my bank issue, they said it will take 1 month time to update new bank details on HDFC server untill then i will be charged late fee and bouncing charges. I asked them if i could pay manually before EmI date, they said its not possible. Now a telecaller named Komal called and when i said her that i have given new bank details on which emi is suppose to be deducted, she said to make manual payment at the office. i said i cant make payment right now, you can deduct it from my new account so she started to talk harsh and as if i am a criminal or something. she even thretened to send recovery guys to my house for hard recovery.
