[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — The complete balance has been deducted from my account

There was some balance in my hdfc account, hdfc has deducted the complete balance without informing from my account.

The issue has not been resolved at all. Neither I have received email nor call. How come HDFC mark it resolved without contacting or resolving the issue
