[Resolved] HDFC Bank — The customer service team | |||
Whoever is incharge of the customer service team please take note, i have personally experienceds the worst customer service in my life at the hands of your team. There is a genuine lack of courtesy in every call, infact the lack of courtesy feels like it is something your team strives achive and finds great pleasure in being rude to the customer. The things i missed about government banks from the 80's where they made you run around in cirles from department to department only to feel utterly dissatisfied and dejected in the end, seems to be the formula of your telephones team. One simple question about my debit card and i have to move around 3 different departments. If you get this and value customer relations please get in touch with me and I will give you a full gist of my "wonderful" (sarcastilly) customer service experience.
