[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — the executive name ruchi's unethical behaviour.

My name is ratnadeep.gondal i have taken a 2 wheeler loan a/c no 46602262 from hdfc my contact number is [protected], some of my emi were bounced because of my bank problem and 2 emi where bounced because I dint had balance but the executive name Ruchi does not have manner to speak with the customer. she had given a call on 12.1.18 I have informed her that my payment will come on 15.1.18 so please send the executive on 16.1.18, but for some reason the payment was not done from the my office and the same I have informed to her on 16.1.18 10:28 am the number from which she called is[protected] but she started saying that u don't want to do the payment and u want to use the bike free or what I am not here to listen everyones problem i[censored] cannot pay y to take the loan, I also said her that madam if I will get the payment today or tomorrow then also I will go to the respected branch and do the payment for that emi but she was saying anything she wants and after that I also lost my tempo and i also said that it is not taken from your father do what u want and all. if some one is missing the emi there is some problem but I have done the payment for the rest of my emi also its not like that I have not paid a single emi, this is not the way to speak with the customer. I am very disappointed from the service and I fell very sorry that I have taken loan from your company. please take a serious action for the complaint.

gaaali dedenka bhai..aisa ladkiyan apne baap ki bhi nai hoti..if she is saying if you cant pay why take the loan..you shud say it is not that eveytime the payment will.be on tym sometimes its bank problem..sometimes our salary goes on hold and gets delayed..sometimes we loss our jobs u shud ask her i[censored] loss your job and you didnt pay the loan..why you take the loan.
