[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — the worst experience ever from visiting the hdfc branch . uneducated goons who have been hired

Today I visit the Bengaluru HDFC branch (RBI Layout) located at JP Nagar 7th Phase . The person at the front help desk (A telugu speaking person) was busy talking to few women (Telugu speaking) and totally ignored me . I have no issue to what language he speaks or where he is from . I gave it a good 15 minutes and he was least bothered . When I finally took courage to ask him to tend to me, he didn't even pay heed and treated me like i'm in a cheap bank without any standards . I then asked him to please listen to my request and then he just walks off . Then a higher position banker came to the counter is who asked if what I want. I raised my complaint stating that this attendant at the desk didn't even bother to listen to my request (I had to just have a document stamped with my bank details) and then lies on my face stating that he told me to wait . While I replied stating that he never even bothered to listen to me 2-3 times when AI showed my document to him and he blatantly says " if you have hearing problem then it is not my problem". I was shocked in the way he spoke to me and was appalled in his crude low thug behavior . While the higher positioned banker was right there and he was just letting this attender speak more rude things and insult a customer and then tells me to stop talking back to the attender ? He wants me to stop talking to fight my own dignity by supporting his staff who behaved like a thug . What in the world has HDFC bank come to to hire such uncouth people who treat customers worse than a dog ? I never ever have encountered such behavior from anyone who treated me this way . I hold an HDFC salary account for 10 years and have been a loyal customer . I am really in shock on how I was treated and would this to be addressed . I need this to be escalated and he people responsible for this to be answerable . I will not have any other paying customer be treated this way .
