9 years back i had credit card with hdfc bank and due to confusion in payment and rate of intrest i had to go for the mutual settlement with them and have pay all the settlement amount, but they have put me in black list due to which i am not able to seek any loan, my salary a/c with hdfc is with past 11 years and i am one their prime customer, i have not taken any loan their after and now when i need loan am unable to .. Pls take necessary action on the same
