HELLO HDFC TEAM, i have made credit card bill payments on 2nd Nov 2016, Transaction Identification Number: HBBR[protected] and two payments on 3rd Nov 2016, Transaction Identification Number: HBBR[protected] and HBBR[protected], but no amount has been credited so far but I have received message on 5th and 6th Nov which shows they have been credited. Bank are not decreasing the rate of interest decreased due to decrease in base rate.To decrease the rate of interest they are asking for charges.The rate of interest is also floating rate of interest but they are not decreasing it.A/C NO.[protected] A/C NO.[protected]
