Hi, our card machine is not working from 26th of nov 2018, when we are asking bank they are clue less why machine is not working. We have personally visited branch, we met multiple bank officers in last 10 days. But all efforts are in vain. None of the guys are serious about the same.
When we called customer care of hdfc, he says he can not take my complaint as we need to talk to branch only. Branch is not interested to resolve, hence there is no way to get this rectified.
We lost huge business due to non availability of card machine.
Please do not go for hdfc card machine, they are not at all interested in this business. Was this information helpful? |
